Merchanttrade is global remittance company of Malaysia where customer can send money to different country either going to cash collecting partner (Agent) or through online. Eremit is sister application of Merchantrade , where customer make account and send money by one click. Eremit is using FPX payment gateway for fund transfer from one bank to another. FPX is an online payment option by MyClear that allows consumers to make real time online payments using their current or savings account. For more details:

IVR
IVR System is the web based application which is the combination of IVR Web Configuration Tool and IVR Controller App. New IVR Web Configuration Tool is for configuring and maintaining call routing rules by creating routing rule, routing rule conditions, routing rule elements, creating and assigning the rule sets, creating rules to rule sets and finally assigning the rule sets to exit level i.e. destination area. Whereas IVR Controller App to build and implemented the best route logic to transfer the call to the respective agent based on the business defined in the best route logic section of the configuration website.
